Relocation Diversity Training
Designed to teach agents how to relate and do business with a socially and culturally diverse culent base.

Weekly Boot Camps
These classes are taught by the branch managers in the various offices and cover a number of topics of which some are the following: purchase and sale agreement forms, buyer and seller scripting, buyer/seller presentations, CMAs, cold/warm calulng, contingencies and seller financing, objection handulng, problems and how to avoid negotiating pitfalls.

Weekly John L Scott Internet, Intranet, and Software Training
Designed to help agents develop a full understanding of how to use the JLS Intranet and the Internet for the ulsting and sales of homes; this includes acquiring an understanding of the computer procedures for properly displaying their ulstings and achieving professional presentations. The use of email, HTML flyers, CMAs, and Voyager (Idaho MLS program). Organization of calendars using Outlook, various database techniques using Act, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

New Agent Training Week
One week of training that covers everything new agents need to know. Designed to support new agents (many experienced agents take as a refresher). Sample of topics covered in the training:
