Since 1995 the company has also been involved in commercial leasing activities. Human Resources The Human Resource Department operates out of the John L. Scott BOI office and facilitates the employees of the Discovery, Downtown, Nampa and the New Home Sales offices. John L. Scott currently has 100 employees in several facets of the company including: Park Pointe Development, responsible for acquiring, entitling, and developing communities; Park Pointe Management Services, providing management support services to home owner and property owner associations; and John L. Scott BOI specializes in marketing new home communities and the sale of existing homes with an extensive support staff. The Human Resource Department serves the needs of employees by providing the most comprehensive set of resources available. In addition, the H.R.
